WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship Australia wide and can ship to other countries upon request. (Shipping fees for international orders are quoted on an order to order basis).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We aim to have your custom accessories made and shipped within 10 business days. However, this may be extended due to out of stock fabric or unexpected delivery delays from our suppliers.
WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMISED ON THE TIES AND BOW TIES?
Everything! Length, width, colour and pattern can all be customised to ensure the perfect fit and look for everybody!
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN FABRIC?
Yes! You are welcome to ship your fabric to us and we'll create the magic. Please note not all fabrics are suitable for ties and bow ties, please reach out if you would like a list of the best fabrics!
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
You can submit a custom enquiry form outlining what you are looking for and any colours or patterns that you are after.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY?
We then provide different options for you to choose from based on your colour/pattern preferences. Once you have selected your colour/pattern/fabric you will be sent a link to complete your order. Once the order has been paid for, we order the chosen fabric from our supplier. Once delivered, we create your custom accessories and ship them to you!
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No- we create one off pieces all the time.
